NEW YORK, Nov. 4, 2008 -- The law firm of Napoli Bern Ripka LLP, announced today that it filed several arbitration claims with FINRA against Morgan Keegan & Company, Inc., on behalf of three investors that purchased several Mutual Funds issued and managed by Morgan Keegan.
